Inter-generational School Presentations: Ongoing school presentations where military legends from every era speak directly with students.
Elmer’s Vision: Native American Ancestry & Education: Supporting Elmer, a local Native American WWII and Korean War veteran, in the plantation of May apples. This project honors his ancestry while teaching traditional land stewardship to our youth.
The Rosie the Riveter Badge: In conjunction with Girl Scouts Heart of Michigan, we are launching the first-ever Rosie the Riveter badge next month.
The Time Capsule Initiative: A collaborative effort bringing together World War II veterans, Rosies, Tuskegee Airmen, Korean War veterans, and Vietnam veterans alongside the Girl Scouts and local schools. We are preserving the physical mementos, personal moments, and the actual voices of these legends to be sealed and shared with future generations.
