A New Era of Engagement: Gone are the days of our military Legends simply waving from parades with lap blankets. Our legends are active, engaged, and leading the way for the next generation.
Professional Sports Recognition: We coordinate with Detroit’s professional sports teams—the Detroit Red Wings, Detroit Tigers, Detroit Lions, and Detroit Pistons—to ensure our military legends are honored on the biggest stages. The joy they receive from these events is immeasurable; just recently, the entire Red Wing stadium went crazy for our Rosie the Riveters.
Grand Events & VIP Treatment: Darlene Soave, Founder of the DG Group Foundation, helped establish One Stop Veterans alongside Herb Elfring to support and expand his mission. Darlene coordinates yearlong grand events like birthday parties for our Rosies and WWII veterans, as well as celebratory luncheons, where our legends receive the VIP treatment they have earned.
The America 250 Dance Party: An epic celebration featuring our original Rosies, Tuskegee Airmen, and World War II veterans alongside legendary Detroit icon Fast Freddy of Detroit, who is an honorary Tuskegee Airman. Why? Why not!
Beauty Night for the Women of WWII: Specialized events for camaraderie, fine hors d'oeuvres, and shared joy for our Rosies and women of the home front, including getting their hair and nails done.
